A large group of AFESIP staff of AFESIP Cambodia and SMF, on the morning of 22 October 2012 led by Mr. Sao Chhoeurth, Executive Director and CEO paid respect to Great King Father Norodom Sihanouk, taken place in front of the Royal Palace.
 

AFESIP Cambodia and SMF staff are deeply shocked at the most saddened news that the Great King Father Preah Karuna Preahbat Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk passed away on Monday 15 October 2012 at 1:20am at the age of 90 in Bejing, China.

The Royal Decease of Preah Karona Preah Bat Norodom Sihanouk, Samdech King Father, Samdech King Grand-Father is the loss of a greatest and most incomparable national hero of the Kingdom of Cambodia. His majesty has been loved and respected by all of us and his Cambodian citizens.

On this sad occasion, we would like to express our condolences to Samdech Her Majesty, Queen Norodom Monyneath Sihanouk, Samdech Boromneadh Norodom Sihamoni, King of the Kingdom of Cambodia and all the royal kin that He may rest in peace.

Earlier, staff and residents of Tomdy and Siem Reap Centers and children of Somaly House have also organized similar events at each of their premises to pay homage to the King Father, their Grand-Father, Samdech Ta and Samdech Ta Tort.
